Our Channel Island and Irish trainee schemes provide a structured training programme where trainees rotate through different transactional teams over a two-year period. 

For our Channel Islands trainee scheme, we consider candidates who are looking to qualify through the SQE and LPC route (where applicable).

There are also opportunities for experienced paralegals looking to qualify through a non-rotational route, which are available to individuals who have been a paralegal at Ogier for a minimum of five months.

The trainee programme in our Dublin office has been designed to supplement the PPC course and we are committed to supporting trainees through external and supplementary courses where needed.
 

Operating to the standards set by the Cayman Islands Attorney General and Legal Advisory Council, we also take on articled clerks each year in the Cayman Islands, giving them the opportunity to develop their understanding of legal practice and an insight into the future as an Attorney.
