BVI
The British Virgin Islands (BVI) is an overseas territory of the United Kingdom. Located in the north-eastern Caribbean, the BVI enjoys a sub-tropical climate ranging from 25°C in winter to 29°C in summer. Ogier established its BVI law firm in 2007, and our people have a long-standing commitment to the jurisdiction.
Cayman Islands
The Cayman Islands is a British Overseas Territory in the western Caribbean. The climate is tropical, with temperatures ranging from 27 degrees in winter to 31 degrees in the summer. Our Cayman office was established in 1991 and officially became Ogier following the first ever transatlantic merger in the offshore world in 2004.
Dubai
Ogier's newest office, which opened in 2023, places us in a jurisdiction that is as dynamic as it is diverse.

Guernsey
The second largest Channel Island, Guernsey is a thriving, well-regulated centre for offshore finance, and with its unspoilt scenery, cobbled streets and historic monuments, prides itself as a haven of natural beauty and charm. Ogier has had a presence in Guernsey for 20 years.

Culturally, Hong Kong is often described as a hybrid of east and west, where Chinese family values remain important alongside western ideals. Ogier established a presence in Hong Kong at the start of 2006, recognising the use of Hong Kong companies in global and Asian business, and its importance to global as well as Asian clients.

Ireland has long been a destination of choice for many foreign companies due to a number of economic factors.
Jersey
Jersey, the most southerly of the British Isles, is just 12 miles from France, and has a population of around 100,000. Jersey’s success as an international finance centre has come from its stability, and the Island’s status as a Crown Dependency gives it constitutional rights of self-government and judicial independence. We can trace our roots in Jersey as far back as 1867.
London
Besides being one of the most famous cities in the world, London is also arguably the world's financial capital. With over 9 million inhabitants (and counting) it is comfortably the biggest city in the UK and the most culturally diverse. Our office is at the heart of the City.
Luxembourg
Luxembourg – officially the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg – borders France, Germany and Belgium. The culture is best described as a mixture of French and German, as reflected in its three official languages - French, German and Luxembourgish. We were the first offshore firm to open an office in Luxembourg and our team there continues to grow.
